To Whom It May Concern

A Live Monthly Show

TIMES THEY ARE A CHANGIN’

Anna Metcalf will read a letter February 7th that is a time capsule in its own right. A letter written at a time when the war in Cambodia raged on and Neil Armstrong took that first, illuminating step.
Adam Gropman shares letters he wrote from camp that can also be found in the MORTIFIED books.
If Michele Seipp’s letter to her ex co-workers is any indication, she really did have the job from Hell!
Jess McKay will show what happens when an internet scammer aka “catfisher” meets an actor willing to perform their role to the penultimate end!
Jayne Entwistle, a To Whom It May Concern Producer, will read a letter to the criminal who stole her beloved Cadillac!
The musician for the February show will be William Hawkins, Soulful and erudite!

NEXT SHOW FEBRUARY 7th

How powerful are letters? Well, someone proposed on the letter show last night and to our delight she said…yes! That’s some old-school lettering. See you at the next show February 7th!

FIRST SHOW OF THE YEAR JANUARY 10th

Happy New Year! Now that 2015 is in full swing it’s time to open a new batch of letters. Normally our show is the first Saturday of the month but we decided to let everyone recuperate before getting the letter ball rolling and it’s rolling along beautifully. Guests for the next show are Tanya McClure, Christine Schoenwald (returning with her sparkling wit), Eric Weston and Jayne Entwistle. Kevin Berntson will improvise the letter and Gyasi Ross will provide the live acoustic hip-hop soundtrack for the evening.

THE OCTOBER PODCAST IN ALL ITS GLORY!

Grant Baciocco, a letter show favourite, reads a letter he wrote as a child to his all-time favourite hero.

Arlene Schindler reconnects with an old flame on Facebook and the results are…compelling.

Robin Roberts shares a letter from a professor that goes to show teachers don’t always know best.

Patrick Bristow and Grant Baciocco improvise a strange and hilarious burst of correspondence based on the audience suggestion of a “cease and desist” letter.

Jessi Trauth shares a letter from a dear friend that helped guide her through her darkest hour battling a debilitating sickness. This show marked not only the one year anniversary of her sickness taking hold but also her return to the stage on her road to recovery.

Jayne Entwistle, To Whom It May Concern Producer, reads an homage to the bartenders of Los Angeles.

The musician for this episode is the amazing Madeline Tasquin.

THE LETTERS FOR DECEMBER 6TH!

This is the last letter show of the year and we have some banner letters and the return of one of our favourite musicians!

Alex Stein will read a letter to a questionable self-proclaimed Guru, Kelsea Burke will read a letter about how her teenage obsession with Mariah Carey ended her neighbour’s marriage, Jill Demby Guest is a consummate writer and storyteller and we can’t wait to hear her letter, Jayne Entwistle (To Whom It May Concern’s Producer) will read her letter to Father Christmas, Mary Jo Smith will improvise a letter based on YOUR suggestion and India Dupre will share her heartbreaking experiences as a child torn from her Mother and forced, illegally,  into child slavery in an Australian workhouse.

Don Black of the Los Angeles band GHIANT returns to play original music and accompany the letters.

The only thing Christmas about this show will be a letter – all the more reason to spend a Saturday night in December with us.
